An opportunity has arisen within the company for Business Development Specialist to join the Marketing team at Centura Group.

As a Business Development Specialist, you will play a key role in expanding our market presence by identifying and developing new opportunities for the design and supply of FRP bridges and asset maintenance solutions within the South West region. Working closely with the Business Development (BD) team, you will drive engagement with bridge owners, water companies, and other stakeholders to promote Lifespan and CRL services.

This role involves building strong client relationships through presentations, exhibitions, and tailored marketing strategies while maintaining a focus on sustainability and innovation. You will oversee the sales pipeline, prepare tender proposals, and ensure prequalification documentation is up to date. Collaboration with the supply chain will be essential to secure high-quality, competitive solutions and achieve regional business development targets.

A sound understanding of industry standards (e.g., DMRB, CUR96) and the sustainability benefits of FRP products is essential, along with proficiency in CRM systems and the Microsoft Suite. The successful candidate will be committed to professionalism, quality, and contributing to the company’s health, safety, and environmental goals while ensuring all activities align with corporate policies and procedures.
